  • Exclusive Benefits: All the benefits of the VIP and Standard Tier, plus a push notification sent to all attendees’ mobile devices via Whova and a dedicated email blast sent exclusively about your organization to the conference listserv.

Designed for vendors who thrive on physical interaction and foot traffic.

  • Location: Strategic corner spots or booths that face the high-traffic food/beverage and rest areas.
  • Exclusive Benefits: Participation in the Passport Contest (driving attendees specifically to your booth to collect stamps) and an Instagram Live message opportunity from the exhibit hall floor.

Ideal for organizations focused on digital lead retrieval and a solid physical presence.

  • Location: Reliable high-traffic aisles throughout the center of the hall.
