Additional volunteer opportunities will be available as we get closer to the conference date.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Notification of selected volunteers will occur in two phases:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Round 1 \u2013 appointments communicated by May 1 for Conference Planning, Logistics &amp; Local Arrangements; Exhibits &amp; Placement Center; Fundraising &amp; Sponsorships; Marketing &amp; Conference Website<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Round 2 \u2013 appointments communicated by July 31 for Awards &amp; Scholarships; Concurrent Programs, Poster Sessions &amp; Proceedings; Pre-Conference, Keynotes &amp; Authors\u2019 Events; Registration &amp; Conference Evaluations Committee<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Volunteer orientations will be available for both rounds and communicated at time of appointments.
