JCLC relies on donations and sponsorships to ensure the affordability of the conference and raise money for JCLC, Inc. and the NALCos. Showcase your commitment to strengthening libraries as pillars of learning, access, and community through a donation or sponsorship today!
Cardinal (red) $5,000 and above
Organizational sponsor benefits – one free registration
Individual donation – one free registration and option to have named scholarship or support a specific event
Robin (blue) $3,500-$4,999
Organizational sponsor benefits – one discounted registration
Individual donation – one free registration and option to have named scholarship
Sunglow (yellow) $1,500-$3,499
Organizational sponsor benefits – one discounted registration
Individual donation – one free registration
Jade (green) $500-$1,499
Organizational sponsor benefits – access to Whova Sponsor Center
Individual donation – one discounted registration
Azure (the bright blue in a cloudless sky) $50-$499

Custom Donations
Donors will receive recognition on the JCLC 2026 conference website, on our social media, and in newsletters. Individuals who donate between $500-$1,499 will receive a discount on one conference registration – discount and registration rates have yet to be determined. Individual donors who donate above $1,500 will receive one free registration. To donate an amount of your choice, visit our page or click on the “Support JCLC” button in the top right corner to submit an online donation.
À La Carte Sponsorship Opportunities
À La Carte sponsorships are available for donors who wish to select a specific conference element to sponsor. JCLC 2026 sponsors will receive recognition on the JCLC 2026 conference website, on our social media, and in newsletters.
Sponsorships are available for the following categories: Scholarships, Events, Accessibility, Technology, Transportation, and General Support. Please reach out to conference@jclcinc.org if you are interested in an anonymous sponsorship.
See Whova for À La Carte, item-specific sponsorships benefits. Organizational sponsors above $1,500 are eligible for one discounted registration:
- $1,500-4,999 | discount and registration rates have yet to be determined
- $5,000 and above | one free registration
10% of each à la carte sponsorship supports JCLC, Inc. Please note that Whova, Stripe, and other electronic donation methods will charge a fee that comes out of the sponsorship amount.
Sponsorships below $500 are requested to be paid by check. Sponsors will be recognized on the JCLC website. Checks may be made out to JCLC, Inc. with “JCLC 2026” in the subject line and mailed to: JCLC, Inc., PO Box 71644, Los Angeles, CA 90071-0644
