Registration Now Open!<\/h2>\n

Registration for JCLC 2022 is now open for the February dates. If you are registering for the first time, you will be able to sign up to attend the conference as well as pre-conferences, author luncheons, plus free and ticketed tours and social events.<\/p>\n

If you chose to transfer your October registration to the new dates, expect to receive an email confirmation. You can also login to confirm your registration and to add ticketed events to your account.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h1>\n

Refunds\u00a0<\/h2>\n

Registration cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked or faxed by August 31, 2022. Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No phone cancellations will be accepted. Substitutions are welcome.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Refunds will be processed within 60 days following the conclusion of the conference.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Substitutions<\/h2>\n

Substitutions of registrations to another individual, including pre-conferences and meal events, must be made in writing by September 15, 2022 to\u00a0registration@jclcinc.org<\/a><\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0No phone requests can be accepted. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.<\/p>\n

General Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

The Joint Conference of Librarians of Color is offered on a cost recovery basis. JCLC reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this event if there is insufficient registration or for other reasons. JCLC is not responsible for cancellation charges assessed by the airlines, travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to the cancellation of the events.<\/p>\n
