Registration is being managed by the American Library Association’s registration system.
You may register with your ALA membership or profile credentials or create a profile when you begin your registration process. You do not need to be a member of ALA to attend the JCLC.

Add Ticketed Events to Your Registration

If you have already registered online and want to add ticketed events to your registration, contact ALA’s Registration / Customer Service office at 800-545-2433 (option 5) or registration@ala.org.

Refunds & Cancellation

Registration cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked or faxed by August 31, 2018. Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No phone cancellations will be accepted. Substitutions are welcome.

No refunds for cancellations postmarked after August 31, 2018.
No “Exhibits Only” refunds. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Please Note: The Joint Conference of Librarians of Color is offered on a cost recovery basis. JCLC reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this event if there is insufficient registration or for other reasons. Neither JCLC nor ALA is responsible for cancellation charges assessed by the airlines,
travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to the cancellation of the event.
